Ambetter Member Services closes at 5 fucking pm

I pay thousands in health insurance. Like many Americans I work 9-5:30 ( well, 8-6:30 by time you deal with getting ready and commute ). It is fucking ridiculous that they don’t offer Member Services after hours. Navigating medical insurance coverage is fucking hard – and cutting support hours feels like one more way to screw the end user.

Centene, which owns Ambetter, had 120B in revenue in 2021 with 13% yearly growth. Obamacare is treating them pretty well
